update

Ok so yesterday I had noodles for breakfast, chicken popcorn for lunch, and fish and rice for dinner. I also drank tea and my two bottles of water. Yes, I know this was not the healthiest of days. Today promises to be better. I will exercise today. I will eat rice for breakfast, a smart one tv dinner for lunch and probably beans for dinner. We will see. I just have to be happy with what I am doing now. I am trying to shrink my stomach. So it is not so much the food I am eating until I get paid and can go get some new food, it is the portion size I am working on. Sometimes I just get so hungry that it is hard not to want to eat until I am full. I have a bottomless pit. So on with the shrinking and getting more energy.
