Ok so yesterday I had noodles for breakfast, chicken popcorn for lunch, and fish and rice for dinner. I also drank tea and my two bottles of water. Yes, I know this was not the healthiest of days. Today promises to be better. I will exercise today. I will eat rice for breakfast, a smart one tv dinner for lunch and probably beans for dinner. We will see. I just have to be happy with what I am doing now. I am trying to shrink my stomach. So it is not so much the food I am eating until I get paid and can go get some new food, it is the portion size I am working on. Sometimes I just get so hungry that it is hard not to want to eat until I am full. I have a bottomless pit. So on with the shrinking and getting more energy.

So I had big plans yesterday. I was going to pop in a tape and get busy exercising. Well I popped in a tape. It just happened to be a really cute movie.  So I concidered yesterday my rest day.  Today I will exercise after the movie, maybe before. I will also eat better. No pizza for me. Well for a little while anyway.  My pocket book won’t let me so I guess it doesn’t matter if I have a weakness for the fast food.

So I am not waiting for the new year. I am starting today.  I am not a healthnut, I hope someone out their can relate.  I started today off by stretching.  Then in the afternoon I took a walk around the pond. Yay me! I actually got off my butt today and did something that I haven’t done in a very, very long time.  Tonight after I go see a movie, I will come home and stretch again. Sure it doesn’t sound like a lot but I am just warming up. I do not plan on running a marathon right this second but soon I will at least be walking one. I have to ease into this one. Tomorrow I will actually do a work out. It will be cold tomorrow so I will do an inside activity.

**I started my weight loss/diet after Halloween. I was originally 237lbs. so that is 9.5 lbs down. I weighed myself today. I am currently 225.5lbs. So not a bad start, especially during the holiday season.
